This Project consisted of removing the existing hot water piping system, installing new hot water piping and boiler, installing a new chilled water piping system and chiller, providing new room unit ventilators with cooling, installing a new DDC temperature control system and upgrading the existing electrical service. The project also included a completely new roof.

- Hybrid boiler system consisting of one condensing boiler and two non-condensing boilers.
- New DC temperature control to replace existing pneumatic system.

- Variable speed pumping for both hot and chilled water systems.
- All new insulated hot and chilled water piping systems installed in existing perimeter tunnel system.
- 200-ton packaged R-134A air-cooled Chiller.
