This Project consisted of renovating the entire existing high school building (approximately 203,000 sq. ft.) along with (2) new building additions (approximately 123,000 sq. ft.).
Services Rendered: Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical and Fire Protection.
Project Features:
- (2)new 320-ton chillers.
- (5)new packaged RTUs for the new additions.
- Replacement of (19)existing AHUs with new AHU's.
- All new VAV reheat HVAC systems, including ductwork.
- (5) New energy efficient hot water boilers.
- Occupancy sensors and demand ventilation.
- 50 KW emergency generation for life safety and the FEMA storm shelter.
- All new LED lighting throughout the existing and new building additions.
- All new switchgear, panels, and feeders.
- New addressable fire alarm system with mass notification.
- Energy efficient and water conserving plumbing fixtures and equipment.
- New fire protection (i.e., sprinkler system) service serving both the existing building and new additions.
