This project involved the construction of new gymnasium (storm shelter), New classrooms addition, renovation of kitchen, cafeteria and other existing areas for Old Bonhomme school.

Project Features:
- Assisting architect in developing construction documents for MEP services; providing construction services.
- Complete power distribution, lighting design and fire alarm replacement.
- Proposed 1600 amp, 480V switchgear in storm shelter room which will also supply power to existing 1200 amp, 480V switchgear. Also proposed 175KW generator for emergency power for storm shelter and school emergency load. Design involve power to new fire pump as well.
- Upgradation of lighting to LED lighting in new and renovated areas.
- Upgradation of lighting controls to save energy using OS, Dimmer etc.
- Overall upgradation of existing non evac fire alarm panel and devices to new addressable fire alarm panel and
