The Florida Avenue Residence (FAR) Hall complex located on the campus of UIUC in Urbana, IL. was constructed in 1964 and consists of two 12-story residence halls, Trelease and Oglesby, along with a central dining hall/kitchen facility. It houses approximately 1,300 students in 654 rooms. WES designed the HVAC System for the Trelease Hall Dormitory as an Induction Units System using chilled water for cooling and hot water for heating from central chiller/boiler plant for year-round comfort.
