BJC 15th Floor Renovation Psychiatric patient level St. Louis, MO

WES was the Engineer of record for the complete renovation of the 15th floor. The focus of the design was to better serve the patients and staff. Our design included all new electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection system design. The project was constructed in three phases in order to minimize moving patients.

Project features:

• New ductwork for h_eating, cooling, and ventilation air.
• New VAV boxes
• New plumbing risers between fourteenth and fifteenth floors
• New lavatories and water closets
• Rebuilt Air Handling Unit utilizing fan array technology. Included supply and outside air units.
• Replace Medical gas units.
• All new lighting and receptacles
• Card access system design
• Upgrade all Patient Care Stations
