The Administration (Hanley) Building (D0600) is a 277,091 square foot, four-story concrete and steel building constructed in 1965. The scope of work provided replacement of a portion of the existing chilled water system, cooling towers and associated components and integrating with the current automated building control software. The scope also included construction of new cooling tower building and all necessary modifications, removal of obsolete equipment, electrical work, and peripheral equipment installation to enable successful integration with the building’s control software.
