Ameren Electric Renovation of General Office Building (GOB)

WES was part of a team to renovate the existing office building for Ameren.  Our role was to gather all of the existing data needed to complete the design.  Which included mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems throughout the building.

Services rendered:        Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Protection, and Plumbing

        Gather data for MEP & FP systems:

• Locate and document ductwork
• Locate all VAV boxes and sizes
• Supply and return ductwork
• Documented lights, receptacle and data
• Document all urinals, water closets and piping
• Document location and size of Fire protection system and components
